Regain access when your passkey or trusted device is missing

Confirm your identity through a linked provider, then issue a fresh passkey so all subsequent logins inherit the strongest protection.

Step 1 — Verify your identity

Sign in with a linked provider so we can confirm you still control an authorised channel.

Step 2 — Issue a new passkey

Create a replacement credential immediately after verification.

Once you land in Settings → Security, create a new passkey, revoke any stale devices, and enable TOTP MFA before leaving the page.

New passkeys propagate to all sign-in surfaces instantly. We send an audit notification and revoke any previously compromised credentials.
